Sarah Mumtaz
Prior to founding Sarah Mumtaz Law Offices, Sarah gained experience at a top-tier law firm in Toronto where she provided excellent legal services to her clients. She provided customized advice to clients tailored to their specific needs and helped them successfully navigate through various legal matters.
Sarah earned her J.D. in 2016 from the University of Windsor, her Honours B.A. from York University in Political Science in 2013, and her B.A. in Psychology from York University in 2011, where she received an honours reward in French Studies. She is admitted to the Law Society of Ontario.
When Sarah is not working, she volunteers her time with Pro Bono Ontario where she provides legal services to vulnerable individuals who require legal assistance.

Kevin Freedman
Student-at-Law
Kevin Freedman is a student-at-law at Sarah Mumtaz Law Offices and brings over a decade of experience working for municipal government. Kevin worked as a compliance analyst in risk management where he handled complex policy issues and as a program coordinator managing vendor contracts and relationships.
Kevin earned his J.D. from the University of Windsor and B.A. in Philosophy at the University of BC.
In his spare time, Kevin has volunteered as a sponsorship coordinator and event organizer for conventions and festivals.
Nha Vy Tran
Student-at-Law
Vy Tran is a student-at-law at Sarah Mumtaz Law Offices and brings a unique blend of legal training and professional communication experience. Vy sharpened her skills as a Legal Student Volunteer for ProBono Students Canada (PBSC) at LegalAid BC, where she assisted clients by providing clear and accurate legal information on complex family law issues.
Vy earned her J.D. from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at The University of British Columbia, and her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Toronto.
In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding and horror movies.
Rida Raza
Student-at-Law
Rida Raza is a Student-at-Law at Sarah Mumtaz Law Offices. She earned a Dual J.D. in Canadian and American Law from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she received the Book Award in Litigation Technology. During Law School, she gained clinical experience from the University of Windsor’s Community Legal Aid clinic and the University of Detroit Mercy’s Juvenile Appellate Clinic.
Prior to law school, she completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto, majoring in both Criminology and Political Science.
In her spare time, Rida enjoys traveling and baking.
